We are a Melbourne based family business built on boomery. That’s our word for an intergenerational combination of youthful know-how and bountiful experience. It’s worked for us and our business continues to grow.
But first, back to the beginning…
Patch and Match was established in 2015 by Kieran who identified a gap in the market for professional wall repairs.
Frustrated by the inefficient and inaccurate paint matching process typically used by tradies/handymen, Kieran thought there just had to be a better way!
Drawing on his expertise and experience in the painting industry, he pioneered onsite paint colour matching enabling the repair and painting to be completed in one visit. The Patch and Match business was born!
Since then Patch and Match has evolved to become Melbourne’s preferred wall repair business. That’s because we make it easy for our customers to book and get the work done professionally and quickly.
We too, are customers of other service providers and have experienced that frustrating wait, because an arrival time has not been given. Not wanting this issue for our customers, we introduced processes to avoid it.
In 2019 we launched a booking service that lets our customers choose an appointment time that suits them. We’ve also made it possible for the repairer’s journey to the property on appointment day, to be tracked in real time. No more guesswork!
We love learning and will continue looking for ways to improve our service delivery while providing the high quality, professional repairs that make Patch and Match the repairer of choice.
